Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Conduit ("the App") handles information when you use the game. We aim to collect only the information required to provide game functionality, online ratings, advertising, purchases, diagnostics, and related services.

Information We Collect

Game Profile and Online Rating Data

If you use online rating and statistics features, the App may send the following information to the Conduit server:

• User identifier (UID): a technical identifier used to associate game data with a player.
• Nickname: the player name selected in the App.
• Score and skill values: used for leaderboards and player progress.
• Game statistics: such as game type, level, score, completion time, and number of moves.

This information is used to provide leaderboards, player statistics, progress-related features, and to maintain the operation and integrity of the online service.

Advertising Data

The App uses the Appodeal SDK to display advertisements, including rewarded or other ad formats. Appodeal and its advertising partners may process information such as:

• Device or other identifiers: for example, the Android Advertising ID where available.
• IP address and approximate location: approximate location may be inferred from network information or other permitted signals.
• Ad interaction data: such as ad impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completion, and related advertising events.
• Device and technical information: such as device model, operating system version, language, network information, and app version.
• Diagnostics: information used to detect errors, fraud, abuse, and advertising performance issues.

Where required by applicable law, personalized advertising and related processing are subject to user consent and available privacy choices.

In-App Purchases

Conduit may offer digital purchases, such as disabling advertisements. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment card details are handled by Google and are not received or stored by Conduit. The App may receive purchase-related information required to verify purchase status and provide purchased functionality.

How We Use Information

Information processed by the App may be used to:

• provide and maintain game functionality;
• save and display online ratings and gameplay statistics;
• display advertisements and provide rewarded advertising features;
• verify in-app purchases and purchased entitlements;
• detect errors, fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
• improve reliability and performance of the App and its online services.

Data Sharing

Advertising-related data may be shared with or processed by Appodeal and its advertising partners for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. For more information, please review Appodeal's Privacy Policy .

Purchase-related data is processed by Google Play as necessary to complete and verify in-app purchases. Conduit does not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Retention

Game profile and statistics data may be stored on Conduit's servers for as long as needed to provide leaderboards, statistics, and related game functionality. Data may also be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or service integrity.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of data associated with your Conduit UID and nickname by contacting us at the email address below. We may ask for information necessary to identify the relevant game account or UID before processing the request.

Some information processed independently by advertising or platform providers may be subject to their own privacy and deletion procedures.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed by the App and its online services from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its online services, advertising configuration, legal requirements, or data practices change. The latest version will be published on the page where this Privacy Policy is made available.
